onAs the year draws to a close, we'd like to inform you of our adjusted office hours during the festive period. Whilst our offices will operate on reduced hours, your infrastructure remains our priority.
Adjusted office hours
Our offices will observe the following hours between 18 December 2025 and 2 January 2026:
18 December: 08:30 – 15:45
19 December: 10:30 – 15:45
24 December: 08:30 – 15:00
25 December: Closed
26 December: Closed
31 December: 08:30 – 15:00
1 January 2026: Closed
2 January 2026: 10:00 – 16:00
Telephone support will be unavailable on 25 and 26 December, and 1 January.
Your infrastructure stays protected
Even whilst our offices are closed, your services never take a holiday. Our technical team remains on standby throughout the festive period to monitor infrastructure and respond to any critical incidents. Should an urgent issue arise, our emergency response protocols ensure your services remain online.
For non-urgent enquiries during closed periods, please email us and we'll respond promptly when we return.
