Unlike services that claim European presence but route through American parent companies, Cyso Cloud's Transactional Email Service runs on infrastructure we own and operate. Our hardware is located in Dutch data centers. No external investors, no foreign parent company, no surprises.
This matters for two reasons. First, your email data stays under European jurisdiction with full GDPR compliance. Second, when you need support, you're talking to the same team that manages your cloud infrastructure, not a tier-1 helpdesk on another continent.
Privacy that actually means something
Most email services add tracking pixels to your messages by default. They monitor opens, clicks, and user behaviour. Often whether you want them to or not. Some even require it.
We took the opposite approach. The Transactional Email Service makes zero additions to your emails unless you explicitly ask for tracking. You control what data gets collected, how long it's retained (anywhere from 0 to 30 days), and where it's archived.
Technical features that work
Our infrastructure maintains high IP reputation scores through careful management and proper authentication. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are configured as they should be by default.
The platform includes features like MX rollup for high-volume delivery, webhooks for incoming email routing, and unlimited domains per account. The developer dashboard gives you the analytics you need without drowning you in unnecessary metrics.
