Meet Cyso Cloud at Cloud & Cyber Security Expo Frankfurt 2026

By Alec on

Europe is choosing Europe. That's not a slogan. It's what we're hearing in every conversation, at every event, from organisations across the continent. And this May, we're continuing those conversations at one of the most important gatherings for cloud and cybersecurity professionals in the DACH region: the Cloud & Cyber Security Expo at Tech Show Frankfurt.

Meet Cyso Cloud at Cloud & Cyber Security Expo Frankfurt 2026

What's happening in Frankfurt this May

Tech Show Frankfurt returns on 6-7 May 2026 to Messe Frankfurt, bringing together four co-located events under one roof: Cloud Expo Europe, Cloud & Cyber Security Expo, Big Data & AI World, and Data Centre World. With over 150 sessions across seven dedicated stages, it's shaping up to be two days of actionable insights, real-world case studies, and the kind of conversations that actually move things forward.

The Cloud & Cyber Security Expo, specifically, is where we'll be spending most of our time. It's the leading event in the DACH region for professionals working at the intersection of cloud infrastructure and security, covering everything from Zero Trust architectures and threat intelligence to cloud security posture management and incident response. For a European cloud provider like Cyso Cloud, that's precisely where we belong.

Why this event matters to us

If there's one thing we've taken away from the past year of conferences (CloudFest in Rust, ContainerDays in Hamburg, GITEX Europe in Berlin), it's that the conversation around digital sovereignty has shifted from theoretical to operational. Organisations aren't just asking whether they should move to European infrastructure; they're asking how, and how quickly.

At the Cloud & Cyber Security Expo, we expect those conversations to sharpen even further. Security and compliance are no longer afterthoughts bolted onto cloud decisions. They're driving them. Regulatory frameworks like the GDPR and the EU Data Act are reshaping how businesses evaluate their cloud providers. And rightly so. If your infrastructure provider is subject to foreign legislation that could compel data disclosure without going through EU legal channels, then your security posture has a gap that no firewall can close.

That's exactly the gap Cyso Cloud was built to address. We're 100% Dutch-owned, with no external foreign investors and no US parent company. Our infrastructure runs out of Amsterdam and Frankfurt, fully certified to ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 standards. When we say your data stays in Europe, we mean it. Legally, technically, and operationally.

What we're looking forward to

Beyond our own conversations, we're keen to see how the broader security and cloud community in the DACH region is responding to the growing demand for sovereign infrastructure. The Collaboration Hub at this year's Tech Show promises hands-on roundtables and workshops built around real use cases: the kind of practical, outcome-driven sessions that cut through the noise.

We're also watching closely to see how the conversation around open-source cloud platforms, container security, and European identity services evolves. These are areas where we're actively building and investing, and hearing how others in the ecosystem are approaching similar challenges is invaluable.
