"We received a private Slack channel in which a qualified Cyso Cloud engineer is quick to respond. This has proven faster and more effective than support tickets at other cloud providers."
Managed Operations
With nearly 30 years managing production environments, we take full ownership of the operational work that keeps your platform healthy: patching, updates, capacity planning and disaster recovery. Your developers stay in flow, and the foundation they're building on doesn't let them down.

Free your engineers to focus on what they do best
When your team outsources operational work to us, they get back the time and focus that patching rotas, status monitoring, and audit preparation quietly consume. The people you hired to build your product spend their time building it - and the operational layer is in the hands of engineers who do this every day.
Senior engineers back on the roadmap
Your most experienced engineers know your platform best, which makes them the right people to build on it - not the right people to be on call at the weekend. We take the rota, the patching, and the firefighting off their plate so their time goes where it delivers most.
24/7 coverage, without the 24/7 burden
Our NOC monitors your environment around the clock from independent infrastructure. Issues that surface at midnight are caught, triaged, and acted on immediately - so by the time your team starts their day, the situation is already resolved and documented.
Audit-ready as a matter of course
We maintain patch records, access logs, and restore test evidence continuously as part of our operational process. When an audit lands, the evidence is already there. No scramble, no reconstruction, no weekend project pulling your team away from their work.
Why teams hand their operations to Cyso
Running production operations usually comes down to four routes: Cyso, building your own ops team, generic managed hosting, or a hyperscaler’s managed service. Here is the honest comparison, on the points that decide how it actually feels day to day.
Cyso
Own ops team
Generic managed hosting
Hyperscaler service
Why teams transfer operations to Cyso
Three outcomes come up again and again across the teams we work with.
Engineering time returns to product work
Patching, monitoring, capacity, backup, DR and incident response no longer sit with your team. Our operations team handles these duties for you. Your senior engineers leave the 24x7 on-call schedule and return to roadmap delivery.
Audit evidence as standing output
Software and OS patching, restore tests, access reviews and incident records are documented as they happen. Cyso stores the records and evidence for you require for your ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 requirements.
EU sovereignty in the contract
Data stays in the EU. Operations performed by Cyso employees in the Netherlands. Dutch and European law. A short, stable sub-processor list. The DPA your customer's legal team receives is one they already approve.
What we handle for your organisation
We keep your platform running, secure, and ready to scale.
24/7 monitoring
Your servers and applications are watched around the clock from our NOC and SOC.
Security and stability updates
Monthly updates applied within agreed maintenance windows, with minimal disruption.
Backup and disaster recovery
Backup management and tested recovery procedures, so you're prepared when it matters.
Capacity management
We monitor resource usage and scale ahead of demand, so performance holds during peak load.
Performance and scalability support
When your platform runs into bottlenecks or scaling challenges, our engineers investigate and advise.
SRE and DevOps support
We assist with reliability engineering, deployment pipelines, and the operational side of your software delivery process.
One team, every layer, to certified standards
Our operations teams bring together engineers across networking, security, infrastructure and platform reliability, working as one unit rather than separate specialisms. NOC and SOC are part of what they do, alongside investigating performance issues, supporting scaling and disaster recovery, and the operational side of your software delivery. Everything runs within agreed procedures and a clear SLA, so expectations on both sides are set from the start.
Cyso holds ISO 27001, NEN 7510 and a SOC 2 statement covering our operational and security processes. The team managing your platform works to the same certified standards your customers or regulators may already require of you.

Don't take our word for it
From migration to daily operations, here’s what working with us looks like in practice.
For teams who want to focus on what they build, not what it runs on
Our managed operations are built for development teams and engineering organisations that run production workloads on Cyso Cloud and want expert operational oversight without building an ops team of their own. We work with SaaS companies, scale-ups and enterprises alike, from teams with no in-house ops to larger organisations topping up their own team with 24/7 coverage and specialist expertise.
- You run production workloads on Cyso Cloud and want oversight without hiring an ops team
- Your platform is uptime-sensitive, or under regulatory requirements for availability and data handling
- You already have an ops team, but want 24/7 coverage and specialist depth on top
- Your developers would rather ship product than manage infrastructure
Built around Cyso Cloud, open to your stack.
We manage infrastructure running on Cyso Cloud: virtualised environments, containerised workloads, managed Kubernetes clusters, and the network, storage and compute layer underneath. Our tooling covers infrastructure monitoring, log management, alerting, vulnerability scanning and backup orchestration, all configured around your specific environment.
We work alongside your development and platform teams, fitting into your existing workflows and channels. Where you already run tooling, such as a SIEM, an observability platform or an incident management system, we connect to it rather than replace it.

Not sure where to start?
That’s what the discovery call is for. In about 30 minutes we look at your setup, tell you which of the three services fits where you are, and give you a straight answer on what it would involve.

FAQ about Managed Operations
Maintenance windows cover planned activities such as operating system updates, security patches, service restarts, and infrastructure changes that may briefly affect availability. Windows are agreed with you in advance and scheduled to minimise impact on your users - typically during off-peak hours. We notify you before and confirm completion afterwards.
Our managed operations services cover infrastructure running on Cyso Cloud, hosted in our own data centres in the Netherlands. We do not offer managed services for third-party cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud as a standalone service, though we can support hybrid environments where Cyso Cloud is part of a broader architecture.
We work with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that define response and resolution times for incidents, availability commitments, and the scope of our responsibilities. For customers with more mature observability practices, we can also align on Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) as part of an SRE-oriented engagement. The right approach depends on your platform and requirements - we discuss this during onboarding.
We manage the infrastructure and services your applications run on: the operating system, platform services, network, and security controls. We do not manage your application code itself - fixing bugs, deploying new features, or modifying application logic remains with your team. We do assist with the operational side of deployment pipelines and can support incident investigation when the root cause is infrastructure-related.
Incidents detected by our NOC or SOC are triaged immediately and handled according to agreed escalation procedures. You are notified based on the severity and the communication paths defined during onboarding. For significant incidents, we provide a post-incident report covering root cause, timeline, and recommendations to prevent recurrence.
Yes. We assist with designing and implementing disaster recovery procedures, including backup strategies, recovery point objectives (RPO), and recovery time objectives (RTO). We also support testing of recovery procedures so you can be confident they work before you need them.
Yes. Our engineers can assist with CI/CD pipeline configuration, deployment automation, reliability engineering, and the operational aspects of your software delivery process. This is available as part of a managed operations engagement or as targeted project-based support.
Our NOC and SOC operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Planned activities and non-urgent requests are handled during business hours, while incidents are responded to around the clock according to the severity levels defined in your SLA.
