Our team reviews your application and arranges a short conversation to understand your needs and whether we're the right fit for each other. We will take between 5-7 business days to review your application.
Once accepted, you receive personalised onboarding, your credits allocation, and direct access to our engineering team from day one. 20 hours of help from our engineers who built the platform is included.
Fill in the questionnaire to apply for the Cyso Cloud Startup program, and receive up to €10,000 in free cloud credits. We will review your application within 5-7 business days. The duration of this program is 18 months, during which you can utilise your allocated credits and access our support services.

Yes, guaranteed. All data remains in our Amsterdam and Frankfurt data centres, under European jurisdiction. We’re a Dutch company operating under European law, ensuring complete data sovereignty.
No. Startup Program credits can only be used towards Cyso Cloud services. They have no monetary value, can’t be exchanged, transferred, or paid out as cash, and can’t be refunded or credited against invoices for anything other than your Cyso Cloud usage. Think of them as fuel for building on the platform, not a cash grant.
