Are there additional charges for IOPS?
At the moment, read and write transactions are free at Cyso Cloud. Besides the resources used by your platform, the only variable costs are bandwidth.
Can I see my usage real-time?
Yes, we have a page where you can see your usage update every hour.
Can we also discuss long-term contracts?

Am I charged when I enter a credit card?
Yes, when you enter a card, we verify the card and 1 euro is debited. After that your card only gets charged at the end of the billing cycle when you have been using cloud resources.
Do you charge for Shut down instances?
Yes, instances in a ShutDown/Shutoff state continue to reserve dedicated system resources (RAM, SSD storage, Floating IP, CPU) and therefore incur charges until you delete the instance. If you wish to no longer accumulate charges for a virtual machine, please use the Delete instances button in the dashboard.

Where can I find and download my invoice?
All your invoices are sent to the email address which you provided. You can also find an overview of your invoices in the dashboard.
Login to the dashboard, go to the "Billing details" menu item in the profile menu. Scroll down and click on "Download invoice" to download.
Where can I find a more detailed invoice to check my used resources?
For a comprehensive breakdown of your cloud resource usage, you can access detailed invoice information directly through your dashboard. To view detailed invoice lines:
- Login to the dashboard
- Navigate to the "Billing details" menu item in your profile menu
- Scroll down and click on "Show invoice lines"
This detailed view displays all your cloud resources with granular usage information. To help you analyze your usage more effectively, you can:
- Filter by team - See resource usage for specific teams
- Filter by resource type - Focus on particular services (instances, storage, etc.)
- Filter by region - View usage across different geographical locations
Export your data: Once you've applied your desired filters, you can download the invoice lines in either CSV or JSON format for further analysis or record-keeping. This detailed breakdown gives you complete transparency into exactly which resources are contributing to your monthly charges, making it easy to optimize your cloud usage and costs.
How am I billed for my instance?
All reserved resources (allocated instances, storage, floating IPs etc...) on your account are billed hourly up to the monthly rate cap. The hourly rate is determined by dividing the monthly rate by 672 hours (28 days). If your server is online for more than 672 hours in a calendar month, you will only be billed the monthly rate. Accumulated charges are invoiced to your account once a month.
How to cancel/delete your account

Are you sure you want to leave? Then we would appreciate it if you would email us your feedback, so we can learn. You may send this to support@cyso.cloud.
Be aware! We will not just delete your data, we need a "real" cancellation from you. Below are the steps to do this correctly. Then you know for sure that there are no forgotten resources that would lead to an invoice.
If you have a trial period, you also need to take these steps, otherwise we see you as a happy Cyso Cloud customer. Your trial doesn't end automatically!
- Log in to the Dashboard.

In the user card click on the three dots “...” and select “Cancel account”

Confirm your deletion by typing DELETE.

I need my own Cyso Cloud private cloud. Is this possible?

What form of payments do you accept?
We accept credit cards by all the mayor credit card companies. We don’t accept debit cards or prepaid cards.
For our EU customers we also provide the option to pay through IBAN.
Will taxes be included in my monthly invoice?
Yes, all prices are exclusive of VAT or any other local taxes. If you are a company or an individual from the Netherlands, 21% VAT is applied to our invoice. If you are an individual from the European Union, the VAT rate of your own country is applied to our invoice. If you are a company from the European Union, and have given us a valid VAT registration, no VAT will be applied.
