Do I retain ownerschip of my data?

Yes, you do. All data remains your property at all times.

Do you guarantee uptime trough an SLA?

We offer a Service level agreement with 99.99% uptime guarantee. For more information check out our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

If you want, or require more guarantees, please contact Cyso for their Managed Public Cloud services.

Does Cyso Cloud have certifications?

Cyso Cloud is ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 certified. For more info check our certification page.

How do I enable Two-factor or Multi-factor Authentication on my account?

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is required during the registration process. When you create a Cyso Cloud account, you will be prompted to set up 2FA before you can access any of our services. This will help to keep your account extra secure from the start.

During registration, you will be guided through the steps to set up 2FA. Typically, you will do this by linking an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator) to your account. Once set up, you will be required to enter an app-generated, time-based one-time password (TOTP) each time you log in.

How do you handle DDoS attacks?

The entire network is automatically protected against DDoS attacks through detection and mitigation. However, there's no specific filtering or scrubbing for Cyso Cloud users. Which means that in case the DDoS is not contained quickly enough, we may block access to the site or servers from specific parts of the world. Depending on the severity and duration of the attack, we may block more and more access until either the DDoS has ended or the site/server is completely blocked from the internet.

Is my data secure and protected?

The data in the Cyso Cloud platform is stored and replicated in the best data centers in Amsterdam. It's protected by Dutch and European privacy laws. Cyso Cloud has also some certifications that insure our customers that their data is protected.

Cyso Cloud is ISO/IEC 27001 and NEN 7510 certified. For more info check our certification page.
